Hi All,
I was cruising the New York Times this evening and came across a story about a Seattle woman whose husband had died. Before the husband passed away, he hadn’t done a lot of the basic things you need to have your financial act together – like having a will, power of attorney or an insurance policy. As part of the grieving process she built a website which streamlined all the basic core financials task you need to have your act together.
The website is getyourshittogether.org. We don’t necessarily approve of the profanity, but its one of those interesting resources you might consider checking out if you have some spare time.
Best,
James
This is a helpful site that helps people be aware of how being organized helps your family when you kick the bucket. Everyone should be organized but alas we so far away from death it can wait till next month.
