If you are looking to save a couple of bucks on your next grocery bill, consider cutting back on your meat intake. Meat is often the most expensive part of a meal. If you replace meat with vegetables or beans, you can get just as much nutrition for much less cost.

Today’s tip: reduce the amount of meat you eat.
