This is a family blog, so we don’t normally talk about sex much. However, this news story made the rounds a while back and it keeps cropping up. Evidently a pair of researchers analysed some data from China and found that women reported more orgasms with wealthier men.

The story has been making the rounds on the internet (here, here and here), so we tracked down the actual research article. I gave it a look over and I’m personally skeptical. A lot goes into marital satisfaction and their research omits some important factors, like stress and mental health.
