Like most citizens of the modern world, you probably find it hard to separate good financial analysis from bad. To assist you in your search, dear reader, I’m recommending that you pay some special attention to the following analysts:

Gregory Badishkanian: Mr. Badinshanian works for Citi Group as an analyst covering the food and grocery industry. What I like about him is the high quality of his research and thorough style in which he approaches his analysis of corporate industry and business prospects. More importantly, I sold my shares of the Hansens’s Natural Corp based on his review of the company’s valuation. Three days later, the value of HANS plummeted by 20%.
In other words, Badishkanian is a smart thinker. Click here for Greg’s write up in Forbes.

Liz Ann Sonders: Sonders is an investment strategist with Charles Schwab. Liz Ann made on my list because of her clear headed style in reviewing the nation’s macro-economic trends. If you want a good outlook on the state of the nation’s economy, or are curious about interest rate or other important big picture factors, Liz Ann is my go-to person. Her profile on Schwab is here.

Happy surfing and don’t forget to check these guys out!

Best,

James

MANAGE YOUR MONEY TOGETHER

Here are some simple guidelines for DINKS to build wealth:

1) Collaborate: Meet regularly to talk about money, set goals together, track and monitor them.

2) Understand and respect your partner. Take time to understand your partners values about money.

3) Watch the numbers. Get a budget, monitor your spending and track your net worth.

4) Max your retirement. Maximize contributions to your tax deferred retirement accounts.

5) Invest in stock. Stocks perform better than bonds or cash.

6) Avoid high interest debt. Credit cards and title loans are financial cancer.

7) Diversify. Don't put all your eggs in one basket.
