You can tell we had an exciting weekend when our big outing was going to the bank to deposit our jar of change! We filled our depository to near overflowing. We knew it was time to deposit it when our cats were beginning to push off the change in the morning to make noise and wake us up!

So we triple bagged the change and headed down to the bank. True, the bag was heavy, but it didn’t appear to be that substantial. Just before we dumped in the change we wagered a bet as to how much money was there.

In the end both our estimates were far off. James guessed $45 and Miel $50. In the end it was a whopping $85.80! Looks like we’ve got more change than we expected!
