Congrats Michael on 1) being featured on ManvDebt, and 2) for finishing the beast of a run!!
How much weight did you end up losing? Don't go binge eating on stuff now! :)
Thanks to the both of you! I didn't really lose that much weight, only about 10lbs (mostly because my diet didn't really change until about 3/4 of the way through my training). I'm ok with that though, because now I really want to start focusing on my diet, and the exercising will remain; I'm taking about two weeks off of running to let my body recover, then I'm going right back at it.
