The latest from the HuffingtonPost is that ponzi schemer Bernie Madoff has received a sentence of 150 years in prison. He's likely to be sent to hard core state insitution in New York. The length of his sentence indicates that, in all probably, he will die a prisoner of the state.
Justice has been served.

Sounds good. I think the more interesting story is: Where did all the money go?
The Freakonomics blog had a great post on how it is unlikely that he could consume anywhere close to the amount of money he had, even with the most lavish lifestyle.

Hey Donnie,
Honestly, that guy stole SO much that he probably should have gotten the death penalty. In my view, he's in the same league as serial killers in terms of the harm he has caused.
