We know that these days there is nothing but gloom and doom in the financial news. I thought we'd share with you a success story from our recently featured DINKs appropriate real estate.

Back in May we featured my twin sister's place in Portland, Oregon. They put their place up on the market on Memorial Day Weekend and had an offer signed two weeks later.

They were also able to find their dream place and sign on it for a bit below the asking price. They'll be all moved in less than two months from their initial listing.

While not everything moves this fast, keep in mind that anything is possible. Overall James & I are still waiting for the bottom to drop out before we consider buying any additional real estate.
